Security staff will perhaps be the first point of contact for people visiting or working at your site and so first impressions are critical. Professional, efficient and effective, our trained and courteous security guards will be a credit to your business.
Guardian Security provides professional static security officers (SSO) to a diverse range of assignments, from construction sites to car dealerships, from front desk reception duties in government buildings, to full coverage of an entire industrial complex; our client list is wide ranging and varied.
All of our security officers are governed by our strict code of conduct and assignment Instructions, which are agreed with our client prior to the commencement of guarding duties, ensuring that our officers carry out their duties in a professional manner.
Guardian Security operates management systems and processes and only deploys fully trained security officers that can precisely comply with the specific assignment instructions given by our client.
Our operations management team conducts service checks to maintain a consistently high-quality performance and enable us to report to our clients as and when required.
Our officers are supplied with our standard issue uniform; however, we are happy to modify these to complement your own corporate image or specific requirements.
All officers receive regular but unscheduled supervisory visits to ensure they are providing the best possible service to our clients. These visits are fully documented and summaries are available for inspection if required. In addition to these visits, our Operations Manager will be in regular contact with our client’s representative to ensure that we are meeting our contractual duties and to review the service levels required.
Strong account management by your dedicated Operations Manager assures each client of service compliance and complete satisfaction.
We firmly believe that if we do not look after our customers then someone else will.

Our mobile patrol security solution is perfect where highly visible crime prevention and protection are required.
Guardian Security maintain a fleet of sign-written patrol vehicles for mobile patrol visits, alarm response and duress calls.
For premises that do not require a static security officer, we offer a mobile patrol service, which involves a Patrol Officer attending the client’s premises (in a sign-written vehicle), to carry out agreed inspections.
We use a number of data recorders to electronically record each visit made and our vehicles are fitted with 24-hour GPS tracking devices.

Should you decide to have one of our alarm systems installed or if you have an existing alarm system, you may prefer us to be your first key-holder.
This means that in the event of your alarm system being activated, the alarm monitoring company would contact our 24-hour control centre. We would then deploy one of our patrol officers to investigate and deal with the activation.
All activations are fully documented and reports are sent directly to the client by email within the same shift. This means that the issue is resolved and reported by the same person and not passed to anyone else; we believe this ownership of a problem ensures a better overall service for our client.

Highly cost-effective, our key-holding service prevents any disruption to the running of your offices and alleviates the need for managers and staff to be called out in the early hours and subsequently taking time off in lieu.
When your commercial alarm activates out of hours, a Guardian Security officer will attend and conduct external checks to safeguard against criminal damage; ensuring overall safety of your building and staff.
He will enter the building to ascertain the reason for the alarm, conducting stringent checks of the building, both inside and out and in the case of a perceived false alarm, he will reset the system.
If at the alarm activation there are signs of a break-in, the officer will call the Police and wait for them to arrive before entering the premises. Our officer will then inform Guardian’s 24-hour control centre, who will call a designated emergency contact and keep them up-to-date with the incident. Once the Police are satisfied with the situation our officer will make the buildings secure.
The average response time is between 20 – 25 minutes under normal circumstances, however please bear in mind that this is a shared service and delays may be beyond our reasonable control.
All our vehicles are satellite tracked and all security officers are fidelity bonded in order to give our clients complete peace of mind.
All our security officers are SITO trained and licensed to the Security Industry Authority in accordance with the 2001 Private Security Industry Act. They have all obtained at least Level 2 in Security Guarding and hold a CSCS card. Guardian Security has also been awarded accreditation to the Safe Contractor scheme and Worksafe Contractor SSIP.
